Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-09-10
These terms cover your use of MoveDNA at move.dnafinity.com. They are short because the service is narrow: it suggests routes, and you decide whether to take them.
What the service does
MoveDNA compares ways of getting from one place to another and, if you connect a calendar, suggests when to leave. It is a planning aid. It does not book, pay for, or operate transport.
What it does not promise
Routes, durations and fares come from third-party transport data and are estimates. They can be wrong, out of date, or unavailable. Do not rely on MoveDNA where being late or taking a wrong route would be dangerous or costly — check the operator for anything that matters.
When live transit data is unavailable, the app tells you so rather than inventing an answer. If a screen says the data is sample or degraded, treat it that way.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think it has been compromised.
You must be old enough to consent to data processing where you live — 13 in Thailand with guardian consent below 20 for certain purposes, 16 in much of the EU. If you are not, do not create an account.
Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload the system, or to extract data about other people.
Your data
Your data stays yours. What we do with it is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You can export everything and erase everything, yourself, at any time.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is. It may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. If we discontinue it we will give you a reasonable chance to export your data first.
If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes and we will tell you in the app.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, MoveDNA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including missed appointments, missed transport, or costs incurred by following a suggested route. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
